Otherwise the log is unaltered.What do you all use for SickBeard and SAB settings to get TV Shows processed and placed into a directory you find convenient for transferring to the array? I’m using XBMC for TV shows, but that isn’t as important.

They’re full length, better quality than what they’re replacing, not in the series folder, and they have easily-parseable file names. None of the episodes not being processed would fail any of those checks.
